There is a conflict between the NoR and the SIs with respect to the number of excluded races when scoring.

NoR 8 SCORING

Rule 8.2 — A boat’s score shall be the total of her race scores excluding her worst score (and thus applies for two or more races)

SI 11 SCORING

Rules 11.2(a and b) has one throw-out for 5, 6 or 7 races and no throw-outs for 1, 2, 3 or 4 races

This conflict is resolved by deleting SI rules 11.2(a and b) so that rule NoR rule 8.2 takes full effect. SI rules 11.1 and 11.3 remain in effect.
