PHRF A and PHRF B have been combined into a single class entitled PHRF B.
Skippers' Meeting
There was a skippers' meeting on the lawn of SPSC at 1745 on July 7th, to discuss the possible merging of divisions or a change in splits. All Skippers were asked to attend.
